Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any Simpli Trade product. By using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using any Simpli Trade software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Upon payment and activation, Simpli Trade grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased software on the number of devices specified in your plan. This license is for personal use only and cannot be sublicensed, sold, or transferred.
You may use Simpli Trade products for your personal algorithmic trading activities. You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) share your license key with others; (c) use the software for illegal trading activities; (d) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software.
Simpli Trade is a technology tool provider only. We do not provide investment advice, stock recommendations, or financial planning services. All trading decisions are made by you. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Algorithmic trading carries significant financial risk. You acknowledge that: (a) you understand the risks involved in trading; (b) Simpli Trade is not responsible for any trading losses; (c) software bugs, connectivity issues, or broker API failures may result in unintended orders; (d) you are solely responsible for monitoring your trading activity.
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of activation. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp at +91 9210001115 or email mailtosimplitrade@gmail.com. Refund requests after 7 days will not be entertained.
We reserve the right to update or modify the software at any time. Updates are provided free of charge for lifetime license holders. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Simpli Trade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including trading losses, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
