We offer a full refund within 7 days of activation if you are not satisfied with your purchase. No questions asked. Simply contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9210001115 or email mailtosimplitrade@gmail.com with your purchase details.
To be eligible for a refund: (a) the request must be made within 7 days of product activation; (b) you must provide your UPI transaction reference or payment proof; (c) the license key should not have been shared with others.
Refunds will not be issued if: (a) more than 7 days have passed since activation; (b) the request is due to change of mind after extended use; (c) the software worked as described but did not meet your trading expectations; (d) the issue is due to your broker's API restrictions or network problems outside our control.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment UPI ID within 3–5 business days. We will confirm the refund via WhatsApp once processed.
The Silver plan is free and does not involve any payment. No refund applies.
We do not offer partial refunds. If you purchased a bundle (Bronze or Gold) and wish to retain one product, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
As our products are one-time lifetime licenses (not subscriptions), there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. Once activated, your license remains valid for life regardless of cancellation requests after the 7-day window.
