This document explains the licensing terms for all Simpli Trade software products.
All Simpli Trade products are sold under a Perpetual Personal Use License. This means: (a) you own the right to use the software forever after a one-time payment; (b) the license is personal and non-transferable; (c) you may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software.
The Silver plan grants a free perpetual license to all included tools. No payment is required. Subject to the same use restrictions as paid plans.
Includes lifetime activation of AlgoDesk and CryptoDesk plus all Silver tools. Valid for up to 2 devices simultaneously. Includes all future updates free of charge.
Includes all Bronze benefits plus free access to all paid courses. Valid for up to 5 devices simultaneously. Includes priority support and early access to new products.
Each license is activated via a unique license key delivered through WhatsApp after payment verification. License keys must not be shared. Sharing a license key will result in immediate revocation without refund.
Silver: 1 device. Bronze: 2 devices. Gold: 5 devices. Running the software on more devices than your plan allows is a violation of this license agreement.
All updates to licensed products are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the license. New standalone products are not automatically included unless specified in your plan.
Simpli Trade reserves the right to revoke a license in cases of: license key sharing; use for illegal trading activities; violation of terms of service; or chargeback fraud.
Some Simpli Trade products may use open-source libraries. Where required, attributions are included within the software. Our proprietary code is not open-source.
