Anti-Spam Policy

Simpli Trade is committed to responsible communication practices. This policy governs how we communicate with our users and community.

1. Our Commitment

We will never send unsolicited marketing messages ("spam") to any individual who has not opted in to receive communications from us. All our communications are directly related to your use of our products or your explicit request for information.

2. How We Contact You

We contact users via: (a) WhatsApp messages for product activation, support, and important updates — only after you initiate contact with us; (b) email for product purchase confirmations, license keys, and support — only to addresses you provide to us directly.

3. No Cold Outreach

We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party contact lists for marketing. We do not send bulk unsolicited promotional messages to individuals who have not contacted us first.

4. Opting Out

If you wish to stop receiving communications from us: (a) Reply "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" to any WhatsApp message; (b) Email mailtosimplitrade@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We will remove you from all communication lists within 48 hours.

5. Community Groups

Our WhatsApp community groups are opt-in only. Members who wish to leave may do so at any time. Group communications are limited to product updates, trading tips, and community discussion.

6. Reporting Spam

If you believe you have received spam from anyone claiming to be Simpli Trade, please report it to: mailtosimplitrade@gmail.com. We take such reports seriously and will investigate immediately.
